I want you to create an Android text-to-speech app just for me, without any business features such as login forms, settings, etc. Simple interface, buttons to start and end the file, play and pause, load PDF and text files from the hard drive or SD card of an Android phone, choice between a male and female voice, follow the highlighted text that is currently being read. The app should be installed on a Samsung Galaxy A21s.
